Terms & Conditions of Sale & Installation

All quotations are valid for 30 days only.

A minimum 50% deposit is required to confirm the installation date. For any project likely to take longer than 14 days, stage payments will be required.

You must remove all pets, children under 18, and vulnerable people from the property during installation. All windows and external doors must remain open for ventilation. All pictures, mirrors, furniture and items must be cleared from the walls and floor area where the units will be fitted.

The installation involves coring large holes through walls and will create significant dust and debris. We are not responsible for any damage to decoration, paintwork, brickwork, or for dust issues.

The drainage is tested at installation, but we cannot replicate real-world conditions. You must remove all valuables from beneath the indoor units for at least 14 days after installation. You must not leave the property unattended while the system is operating during this period. We accept no liability for water leaks or damage if these conditions are not followed.

We are only responsible for our own labour. We are not liable for delays caused by manufacturers or suppliers.
You must provide free and unrestricted parking for our vans immediately outside the property. Any parking charges must be paid by you.

Once equipment is delivered to site, you are fully responsible for its safety and security, including overnight.
Title in all goods remains with us until paid in full. If payment is not made, we may enter the premises to remove our equipment after giving 7 days written notice.
